• Certificate of graduation from paramedical education (all students)
• Copy of registration in your field(s) – all studentsSWI will provide your choice of 1-10 days of on-site training, specialized to meet the educational needs of your Pregnancy Care Center. The registration fee will cover all educational materials and up to 4 medical students. This would include nurses that need didactic, clinical, re-certification or general refresher. All training and expenses can be shared with other Centers in the area. SWI may also adjust the fees to accommodate the budget of the Pregnancy Center and will beat any competitive pricing. Contact Carolyn or Shari for pricing at 800-364-4942. Medical directors, volunteers, physicians and board members may participate in the didactic portions at no additional charge. If additional students desire to register for the training, SWI will provide additional ultrasound systems and Sonographers and will adjust the registration fee accordingly.
Applicants must verify completion of a minimum of two years paramedical training such as radiological technology or nursing and/or document previous experience in diagnostic ultrasound. They must also provide verification of employment or affiliation with a Pregnancy Care Center. Applications and a 30% deposit must be made to schedule the date of the training. The balance of the tuition and expenses must be paid in full at the conclusion of the training. Registrations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
